- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective Product.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned Product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take 10 business days to process, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
3. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges for Products purchased from Zandermore.com. If you would like to exchange a Product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
